Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and ship your order. Once your item has left our facility, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking information. Our fulfillment center is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays, therefore orders are not processed or shipped during those times.
We ship all orders via UPS. Shipping times and rates are calculated by UPS and based on the delivery location of the item. We are happy to offer worldwide shipping, although we are unable to control taxes and customs fees you may incur when receiving an international package. If a package is sent back to us due to no one claiming it from customs, we will not issue a refund for any shipping costs.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you do not receive your item, you will need to file a claim with UPS. Once you have done so, please contact us to let us know and we will take it from there.
Please be aware that during the holidays shipping couriers may experience delays. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns
We cannot accept returns due to sanitary concerns. All items are considered final sale. Thank you for understanding.
